Meet Our Organization's Executive Members

Gabe Perez

President

Mr. Perez possesses an expansive amount of experience within the construction industry. His career has included eight years assisting municipalities in building code and planning enforcement, five years of international experience developing and managing large commercial projects throughout South America, 15 years representing Hispanic and minority contractors, and over 20 years as owner of a general contracting and construction management business. His vast experience makes him uniquely qualified to advise on almost any construction related issue.

Joseph Mabin

Vice President

Mr. Mabin was owner and CEO of Mabin Construction Company, a heavy and highway contracting business for over 18 years. His professional and civic community work spans well over 25 years, some including Chair of Black Chamber of Commerce of KC, CEO of Minority Contractors Association of KC, National Association of Minority Contractors, Board Heavy Constructors Association. His impact and contributions to the community are simply too long to list here.
